Search
3 questions in this section
How do I find the medicine I need?
Tap the search field at the top of the home screen and start typing the medicine’s name. If you cannot remember the exact spelling, enter the first few letters — we will show suggestions so you can easily choose the right one.
Can I search for medicines in another city?
Of course. Tap the city name at the top of the home screen and choose the region or city you need from the list. Prices, availability, and pharmacies will then be shown for that location.
What if I cannot find the medicine I need?
First, check for a typo and try entering just part of the name. If there are still no results, the medicine may be unavailable in your region right now: try choosing another city. If that does not help either, tap “Can't find the medicine” and send us a request — we will try to add it. You need to sign in to send a request.
Cart
5 questions in this section
Can I use the cart without registering?
Yes, the cart works without signing in: add medicines, change quantities, and compare pharmacy prices. You will need an account later, when you want to book medicines, view your orders, or save something to your favorites.
How many medicines can I add to the cart?
Up to 10 different medicines, with up to 10 packages of each. That is usually enough even for a long list for the whole family.
Can I search for a pharmacy for only some items in my cart?
Yes. There is a green checkmark to the left of each medicine in your cart — uncheck the medicines you do not need yet. They will stay in your cart but will not be included in the pharmacy search. Check them again when you need them.
Why is there no total price in the cart?
Because each pharmacy sets its own prices. Until you choose a pharmacy, we show a “from” price next to each medicine — the lowest price for one package. Tap “Find in pharmacies” and choose a pharmacy to see the exact total for your order there.
Will my cart disappear if I choose another city?
No, do not worry: all your medicines and quantities will stay in place. Only prices and availability will change — we will update them for the new city.
Booking
4 questions in this section
What is the difference between a saved list and a booking?
A saved list is a reminder for you: your medicines and pharmacy stay in “Orders” so you can return to them later or show the list to a pharmacist using its QR code. The pharmacy does not put anything aside. With a booking, the pharmacy confirms your order and sets the medicines aside just for you.
How long will the pharmacy hold my booking?
For 4 hours after confirmation. The exact pickup deadline is always shown in the booking details under “Orders.”
How do I collect booked medicines?
At the pharmacy, open your booking in “Orders” and show the QR code to the pharmacist. They will use it to find and hand over your prepared order. You can also give them the order number if that is easier.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open your booking in “Orders” and tap “Cancel.” If there is no button or the pharmacy has already prepared the order, show the QR code to the pharmacist at the pharmacy — they will cancel the booking there.
DMED
5 questions in this section
What is DMED?
DMED is an electronic prescription system: your doctor gives you a prescription form with a QR code. ArzonApteka can read this code — point your camera at it, and we will immediately find all the medicines on the prescription and compare prices across pharmacies.
How do I find medicines from an e-prescription?
On the home screen, tap “Scan” on the DMED card and point your camera at the prescription’s QR code — it will be read automatically. If the camera is unavailable, choose a photo from your gallery that shows the QR code.
Can I use a photo of the QR code?
Yes. Choose a clear photo from your gallery that shows the entire QR code. The photo is processed directly on your phone and is not sent anywhere.
Why do I see several medicines?
Doctors often prescribe an active ingredient rather than a specific brand. That is why we show all suitable options, with different names and prices, so you can choose the one that suits you.
What if the QR code will not scan?
Hold your phone level and make sure the entire code is visible and well lit. If you are scanning a photo, choose a clearer image. Also make sure it is a DMED prescription QR code: the app does not recognize other codes.
Pharmacies
4 questions in this section
How do I find a nearby pharmacy?
Allow the app to access your location, and we will sort pharmacies by distance and show how far away each one is. Prefer not to share your location? No problem: open the map and choose a convenient pharmacy yourself.
How do I know whether a pharmacy is open?
Opening hours are listed on each pharmacy’s page. Pharmacies that are open around the clock have a “24/7” label. To see only pharmacies that are currently open, turn on the “Open now” filter.
How do I contact a pharmacy?
Tap the phone icon on the pharmacy card or the “Call” button on its page. If the pharmacy has provided its Telegram details, there will also be a “Message on Telegram” button.
What if a pharmacy has the wrong address, phone number, or opening hours?
Open the pharmacy’s page, tap “Incorrect information,” and tell us exactly what is wrong. We will check and fix it — thank you for helping us keep the information accurate. You need to sign in to send a report.
Account
4 questions in this section
When do I need to sign in?
Almost everything works without signing in: searching for medicines, viewing pharmacies, and using the cart. You need an account for things that are personal to you: booking medicines, viewing your orders, saving favorites, updating your profile details, or writing to us.
How do I sign in?
Enter your phone number and the code from the SMS — that is all. Or tap “Log in with Telegram”: Telegram will open, where you can confirm your number with one tap. Both methods take you to the same account.
Will my favorite medicines and pharmacies be saved?
Yes. All your favorites are stored in your account, not on your phone. Sign in on any other device, and your lists will be there.
How do I delete my account?
Open the “Profile” tab, tap “Delete account,” and confirm your decision. Keep in mind that this cannot be undone — your profile, lists, and order history will be permanently deleted.
Prices and availability
3 questions in this section
Why can prices and availability change?
Pharmacies provide their own prices and stock levels, which change throughout the day as medicines sell out or prices are updated. So the details may be slightly different by the time you visit. Make a booking to ensure the medicines you need are held for you.
Why does the price say “from”?
“From” is the lowest price for one package among pharmacies in the selected city. The price at a particular pharmacy may differ, and the total also depends on the number of packages. You will see the exact price after choosing a pharmacy.
How do I know if I need a prescription?
Check the medicine card: prescription medicines have a “Prescription required” label. If you see it, remember to bring your prescription — the pharmacist will ask to see it.
